Gold came up big in helping the Salamanders go undefeated on the week. The sophomore from Wofford batted .412 with seven hits, five runs, and a league-best 10 RBIs. He recorded three extra base hits (one each), reached via a walk once, and being hit twice, while also stealing four bags. He also sported a .500 on-base percentage, .765 slugging, and an OPS of 1.265 on the week.

Robinson made the most of his sole appearance on the week. At home against Lexington County, the redshirt-senior from USC Aiken threw a complete game shutout across a run-ruled 7-inning contest. He earned the win and had an unblemished ERA, while he held opposing batters to a .160 average and just four hits against him. Robinson also walked four and struck out seven to finish with a 1.14 WHIP and K/9 of 9.00.
