“We want to help our neighbors in these times of crisis,” says Owls General Manager Jeremy Boler. “I am proud to say we are giving 100% of the funds raised to the relief efforts. We hope a lot of our fans will participate in this effort and help us make an impact for our neighbors in need.”
This is the first time in franchise history the Owls have set up such an aggressive fundraiser with 100% of the proceeds being donated.
“I am very proud of Jeremy and his staff for coming up with a plan that will really have an impact on the community,” said Managing Partner Jesse Cole. “The focus of the entire staff for 2012 is to give back to the community and it starts with this.”
